Now for your celebrity-tech gossip on MyPre: Angelina Jolie is pleased with her Palm Pre. She was given the device just like about 29 other celebrities, and an assistant on the set of “Salt” reveals that she’s been pleased with device, albeit has a few small issues with it.

“I asked her how she likes the phone,” a production assistant on the set of Salt told me. “She went on about it for about two minutes. She basically said she likes the software better than the iPhone, she likes the thumboard for texting (although the keys aren’t big enough), and thinks the screen is beautiful but can be too easily scratched.”

Who needs Howard Stern owning a Palm Pre when you have Angelina Jolie loving your device? The screen issue is easily solved with a screen film (which I use on every device I own anyway) and the keyboard isn’t too bad from my personal experiences.
