As we all know – or at least us, Pre users – by now, when we are on a phone call using the slider open on our Pre smartphones, to end that call, we have to press the ‘end call button’. So far there is no way that you can just shut the slider close to end said call. Well, until now that is, thanks to unofficial patch maker KeyToss.

Who would imagine that the simple ability to hang up on a phone call by simply closing the slider would be so gratifying. Apparently, not Palm, why wouldn’t they is out of my league, but now there is a way to fix that. KeyToss has done this, to help those who like to feel the pleasure of hanging the phone call by closing the slider. Because sometimes little things like this are so important to many users.

Now if only Palm came up with the official patch for it and other little things that are bugging many of us Pre users. Like adding pages to the launcher, forwarding text messages (very important if you ask me), and of course, one of the most important to most, if not all Pre owners; a way to light up the center LED button for alerts.
