I want more battery life for my smartphone as much as the next guy. However, I draw the line at gigantic batteries that are so fat they can’t even fit under the battery cover of the phone. I mean there is a point where extra runtime is offset by ugly, and the people at PreThinking have found that point.

There are three sizes of batteries in testing at the site with 1400, 2800, and 3800mAh of power. The two largest batteries require a special battery cover to hide and I have to wonder if the Pre would fit in your pocket after installation.

If you like a little meat on your smartphone bones, the batteries will be available for $49.95, $89.95, and $129.95. Just be secure in your manhood, someone will think you are trying to compensate for something.
