The guys over at Engadget snapped a photo of a Palm Pre box. While this probably isn’t the final look for the retail packaging, it might give you some idea as to which direction Palm is going in. Looks a lot like an iPhone box, doesn’t it (just white instead of black)?

Looks a lot like Treo packaging, too, IMO. But final packaging will also have to reflect carrier specs, so this will undoubtedly change before final release.
Just to correct myself, after watching some additional video elsewhere, the Palm folks made this sound like it is, indeed, the final packaging. Kudos if true…it looks nice, eco-friendly, and durable.
