So Palm has released the new update to webOS – v1.2.0 – and you are already playing with your new software, cool. Now what about the developers, well, they get a Mojo SDK v1.2, that way, they won’t feel left out. Oh, and by the way, the webOS Doctor for the Palm Pre gets updated too.

As you can see on the image above, the Mojo Software Development Kit now supports Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), Windows 7 Beta (32- and 64-bit), and Windows Vista 64-bit. With improved installation and development platform support, as well as new and improved SDK tools, and new and enhanced APIs. It also includes a new webOS Resource Monitor (WORM) tool to help you monitor your app’s memory usage.
There is a Key Service API that gives you access to buttons pressed on wired and wireless headsets, and the volume buttons on the device. Also, in addition to JavaScript errors and exceptions, the logs can contain custom messages that you log from your application using the Logging API.
And for those unlucky Pre owners who have to deal with bad patches and want to save their beloved phone, the webOS Doctor has been updated as well.
