After all this time, Palm has opened up officially the developer program, now any developer can submit his/her applications. Palm is closer to its goal, which is in their own words, to "bring the true power of the web to a mobile platform for the first time."

A few days after receiving the webOS update to version 1.3.5, we get a small 1MB update, that's a jump to version 1.3.5.1 of webOS. Yes, finally, Palm's App Catalog has reached the 1000 app milestone, it wasn't easy for us, webOS users, to wait all this time, but we finally got there. Last time, right before the new year 2010 came, we had only 946 applications, as of today, we have actually 1006 apps.
