Palm CEO Jon Rubinstein will be the First Guest of The Engadget Show





This coming Sunday, September 13th, Palm’s CEO Jon Rubinstein will join the guys from Engadget at their very first live show. Expect discussions about the Palm Pre, webOS, Palm Pixi and the cat & mouse game that has become the Palm Pre syncing with iTunes. This should make a very interesting interview.

The Engadget Show will take place at the Tishman Auditorium at Parsons The New School for Design. The Show will be filmed live once a month, and according to Engadget, it will be a mix of one-on-one interviews, roundtable discussions, short video segments, and live music. They will have the full video at Engadget and as a free download for those of you that will not be able to make it. They also promised to have the full show online just a few days after the 13th.

Here are a few pointers for those of you who are planning to go to the show. Tishman Auditorium is located at 66 W. 12th Street between 5th and 6th Aves., in New York, NY. Seating will be limited – the venue seats just over 450 people – and tickets will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis, so you better get there early. The total show length will be around an hour and tickets are completely free. The tickets will be available for pickup at the Tishman Auditorium at 2PM on the 13th, and you cannot pick up tickets for other people, they will give a ticket per attendee. Also, the show begins at 5PM, and doors will open at 4:30PM. And the funny thing about this, is that the show will be sponsored by Nokia.
