You might have notice that the App Catalog is finally been populated. Well, Palm has decided that now is a good time for all of you to get their apps fix from Palm.com itself, instead of just from the App Catalog on your Pre. Which is great and convenient for those of you who want to browse through all the app categories on a bigger screen on a PC.

Or maybe you just don’t have a WebOS device just yet, and want to check out the apps before you buy said device. The bad news though, as of this moment, the new app section on Palm’s site has only US apps. When and how the Europeans will get something similar is up in the air. Lets hope it doesn’t take as long as it took to get the GSM Pre across the pond.

On this new section you can check out a screenshot of each app and get a quick summary. Now, if you are like me, you probably thinking that this section needs more info in it, and you are right. It needs to have some info on review ratings, how many times each app has been downloaded, what is the size of each app, and also the price. But lets give Palm some time, at least they are on the right track.
