Back on November 2nd, Palm had a Q & A session on Twitter about the upcoming new webOS phone; the Palm Pixi. And unfortunately, it was just for one hour. So, if you didn’t get a straight answer on that day about the new update for webOS arriving on November 15th, together with the launch of the Pixi, well, here’s an answer, sorta.

This video of the Palm Pixi on YouTube was posted by the user that goes by the name of stayfly2407. And, as you can clearly see on the screenshot above, that Pixi is running webOs 1.3.1, with the Sprint Configuration 2.0. Many believe that this guy is one of those developers who got the early access to the webOS 1.3.1 SDK for beta testing with their apps.
Although the video does not have anyone talking about or showing any of the new features that webOS 1.3.1 may bring to all of us; Pre users – and future Pixi users alike – this is something that brings excitement. Now, at just four days from the release date of the Palm Pixi, will Pre users get this updated version of webOS before, or on November 15th? Palm stays mum on that one, but is so close that all we have to do is, sit and relax, we almost there.
