Our sister publication SlashGear reports that a new Palm device called the Pixie has been confirmed via a webOS ROM leak. The bit of software responsible for the revelation is the webOS Reset Doctor Tool intended to reflash broken Pre devices.

Along with the leak of the doctor, a full version of the webOS ROM was leaked alongside it. The Pixie (or Eos) is the widely expected and anticipated second webOS device slated to launch this year from Palm. Pixie is the devices internal codename.
Also discovered in the ROM were icons for MSN and AOL along with a Java Virtual Machine. Some interesting comments were also left in the application including one that obtusely stated “# what the hell does this do?”
