The Palm Pre gesture guide walks you through everything you need to know in order to make the best use of your pre’cious. Palm seemed to have forgotten to include copy and paste gestures.

Launcher:

• Open the Launcher
• Close the Launcher
• Open Quick Launch

Card view:

• Minimize apps & go to Card view (2 ways of doing it)
• Resize cards & change card order

Applications:

• Go back a level in an app
• Close an app
• Move to previous or next open app
• Note: To turn on these gestures: Screen & Lock > Switch Applications On.

Scrolling:

• Scroll a specific point
• Scroll quickly
• Stop Scrolling

Zooming:

• Zoom in
• Zoom out
• Zoom in/out a fixed amount

Cursor:

• Place cursor in a text field
• Move cursor
• Select text

Key functions:

• Delete a list item
• Drag and drop
• Open Menu
