If there’s one thing better than a video demo, it’s a video demo in high-definition.  The team at mobiledivide were at CES earlier this month, and shot a short clip of the Pre being demonstrated by Stephanie Richardson, part of Palm’s marketing team, in HD.  Frankly, the Pre loves HD – that HVGA display pops as though it’s OLED.

To be fair, we’re not really seeing all that much new in the video.  Shot in a post-announcement hands-on session, it’s the basic run-through of gestures, cards, screen rotation and a handset walkaround.  However, for the many who weren’t lucky enough to be there, it’s perhaps the first time to see the Pre in high-definition.
