In a little over two weeks time, those in the US will be able to stage their own “Palm Pre caught in the wild!” photoshoots.  Until then, we’ll have to make do with glimpses of the as-yet unreleased smartphone left lying around around by unwary testers.

Today’s image comes courtesy of a careless MacBook user snapped at an unnamed airport.  The Pre appears to be booting up, at least going by the Palm logo across the center of the display.

The Pre lands officially on June 6th, priced at $199.99 with a two-year contract.  That price is after a $100 mail-in rebate, remember, so don’t forget you’ll actually need to have $299.99 on the day in order to pick up the smartphone.
