I’ve been reviewing Tweed and Spaz the last couple of days. Both of these Twitter apps for webOS provide you with almost all the functionalities and features to stay connected. The only missing feature is the ability to upload pictures to a third party service and link it to your tweet. The video below walks you everything you need to know about Tweed and Spaz.

Tweed or Spaz? This is a question only you can answer since they differ in looks and feel. I personally prefer Tweed for its sleek layout and much faster load time. The developer of Spaz assured me this morning that he’d tweaked Spaz for a much faster load time and awaiting approval from Palm.

Hey Vincent,

I think you made the video showing Tweed and Spaz on the Pre this morning. If not, disregard this. 8)

Unfortunately I still don’t have an actual device to test Spaz on, so some performance stuff like the cache load gets missed — the emulator is much, much faster. But based on what I saw in your video, I made some changes to how Spaz stores cached info. It *should* be a lot faster now, but I still can’t test it on a device.

I *just* submitted the new version to the app catalog. I don’t know how long it will take to get out there, but when it does I’d really appreciate hearing if it helps the slow load time at start.
