It has been a good while since Sprint’s Premier Customers received good news. And it’s been longer since we had something to talk about that was directly related to the Sprint Premier loyalty program. Well, earlier today I received an email from Sprint that teases about changing the game, and a big announcement coming tomorrow.

Many Sprint Premier customers are receiving this email, but, like me, they all have a different idea on what Sprint is about to “serve”. Sprint mentions “something big,” we already know about the HTC Pro 2, the HTC Hero and the Palm Pixi, so we don’t think is another phone. Although many believe that is the case. So, what is the “big announcement” on tomorrow’s Sprint Connection newsletter? Well, that’s anyone’s guess.
The folks over at Gizmodo suspect to know what the “game changing” is; they say that Sprint will be introducing a new calling feature named “Sprint Any Mobile.” Which is supposed to be a new calling feature with unlimited calls to all mobile numbers – not just Sprint/Nextel/Boost numbers – true to the name. Now, that’s a GREAT announcement! Many of us use our cell phones as our primary phone. That translates into savings for those lucky ones getting this plan update, if all this is true, of course.
If this becomes available to all of us who have an everything data plan already, than Pre owners have another reason to stay with Sprint. And those on the sidelines have another reason to get a Palm Pre over any other smartphone out there. Anyway, we will find out about it tomorrow, so stay tuned.
