It seems like we've been waiting for webOS 1.4 for some time now, but according to PreCentral the much-anticipated update will begin to roll out come February 25th. Our sister publication SlashGear reports that a new Palm device called the Pixie has been confirmed via a webOS ROM leak. The bit of software responsible for the revelation is the webOS Reset Doctor Tool intended to reflash broken Pre devices.
