Heavy Palm Pre users will have discovered that the smartphone's battery life can prove insufficient for a full day's use, especially when you're receiving push email and using juice-thirsty features like GPS and 3G data. Third-party battery manufacturer Seidio had already promised a double-capacity pack for the Pre; now they're offering one with a more slight improvement, the Innocell 1,350mAh pack.

If you’re one of the lucky persons to score a Palm Pre the day it goes on sale, you better protect it with a holster, case or screen protector of some sort because who knows when the next batch of Pres will come rolling in.
Looks like Palm is offering a Pre Premium Holster (model number CHP9119R for $24.99), a horizontal ...

According to a document discovered by InsideSprintNow, it looks like other micro-USB charging solutions will not work with the Palm Pre! If I’m reading this correctly, you must buy Palm’s branded micro-USB vehicle power charger (model number PVX8930R, priced at $31.99) if you want to charge the Pre in your car. I simply don’t see how this is ...

Best Buy's inventory system listing for the Palm Touchstone inductive charger has changed the "In Stock Date" to June 7th, following the listing's appearance late last week. That's led many to assume that the Pre could drop on the same date, which - as Sprint followers will know - is a Sunday and thus the carrier's typical release day.
The Touchstone ...

Palm and Sprint are probably wondering where the heck did MaxPDA.com get these images of the Palm Pre’s box and printed material. Hell, all I care about is the missing Pre from all the pictures.

The Palm Pre's Touchstone inductive charger has appeared in Best Buy's internal stock inventory system, together with a number of cases for the upcoming smartphone. Listed as being in-stock from May 10th - though not, we're presuming, available to purchase - the price for the Touchstone is listed as $69.99.
That tallies with the rumors from last Month, and making the ...

Is it possible Palm is crazy or brave enough to launch the Palm Pre one day before Apple’s WWDC 2009? According to an alleged leaked internal meeting agenda taking place from June 3rd through June 5th. This could only mean that Pre launch day is likely to be on Sunday June 7th, which historically is Sprint’s launch day.

A forum member posted yesterday that accessory makers have gotten their poorly-manicured hands on the Palm Pre, and have leaked photos. Apparently, the Pre is in mass production as we speak.
The device is compared to an iPhone and Centro in the photos, and whoever got their disgusting fingers on it claims that the screen is less scratch resistant the the ...

It's a bit more than I was hoping, but it looks like the Touchstone is going to run consumers a nice $70 in order to get the wonders of wireless charging for their Pre. The $70 gets you the special battery cover for inductive charging as well, which makes up a good $15 of the cost. No information on the ...

The staff of PreThinking was watching a 43 minute walk through of the Pre from tnkgirl and they found this interesting little bit of information slip from one of the Palm reps: "The Touchstone is the name of a entire line of products. This is the first Touchtone product in that family. This is the charging dock."
What is he referring ...
