For a long time many, if not all of us have heard the horror stories about Sprint’s customer service. Well, it has been a long road, and not an easy one, but Sprint is turning the tides. Which is very good news for us Palm Pre owners.

According to Laptop Magazine, “this year, J.D. Power & Associates rated T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless highest in wireless customer care, with AT&T and Sprint trailing close behind them.” And the same report revealed that 17 percent of customers who couldn’t resolve their issue in two to three phone calls to customer service were likely to switch carriers altogether.
So the good folks at Laptop Magazine decided to take the bull by the horns. And off they went to visit brick and mortar stores twice, they also called each carrier twice, and searched online for answers to different tech support questions. After that, they graded each experience and averaged the results for a verdict.
As you can see on the image below, the overall experience of this showdown is, T-Mobile wins the first place, while Sprint and Verizon had to share second place, and AT&T ended up on a shameful last place (I guess that’s why many people call them the blue DeathStar).
