As we mentioned before, Palm has been showing off the Pixi at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York. The Pixi, which is the second webOS device from the company will be release with new and eye-catching Artist Series customizable back covers designed by California artists.

Invited guests at Bryant Park are getting a preview of Palm Pixi in a unique setting inspired by one of the limited-edition Artist Series back covers, as you can see on the image above. Even if you can’t be at Bryant Park, you can still get your fill of fashionistas with Runway Wars, new on Palm’s Facebook page. In this application, you can decide which celebs rock a frock — and which ones wind up a fashion fail.

You can play each day and crown the queen or king of the red carpets. Starting from a line-up of sixteen contenders, your votes will narrow the field until Palm crowns the ruler by the end of next week. You will also find photos and the latest from the catwalks.
