Michael Abbott was at the Web 2.0 conference in San Francisco to talk to developers last week while we were at CTIA. Here’s the video of him explaining the development of the Pre’s developer language and the Mojo messaging service. This is basically the push function of the Pre that will allow developers to create applications that can notify users of new information or messages.

Abbott places a heavy focus on the cloud, and on internet based services. He then goes on to reveal the early-access program to the Mojo SDK. If you want to apply, simply go to developer.palm.com and fill out an application. More importantly, if you get accepted, and are able to tell people you did, let us know!
Nothing too exciting, and we heard about it before, but there are now lots of pretty diagrams to look at while he talks. I will admit, he’s no Steve Jobs.
