So we know that Mexico, the Land of the Aztecs, will receive the Palm Pre on this Friday on the GSM carrier Telcel. But, what got many people blindsided is that IUSACELL, which is a CDMA carrier in Mexico will be getting the Pre also, according to their webpage.

IUSACELL is the largest CDMA carrier in Mexico, and according to their website, you just click on the ‘Compralo Aqui’ – which translates to ‘Buy it Here’ – button so you can just fill out a little form to buy it, or call directly the toll free number 01-800-333-4321 (check image below). This makes you wonder. Are they already selling it, or will they just contact you and let you know when it will be available for you to buy it?

Well, I don’t know for sure, but, just in case, I did fill out the form, and gave them my full name (with the required 2 last names), my email, and also gave them my brother’s phone number in Mexico, which was a requirement in order to get everything in order. Now, I just hope they don’t call my brother before I do, because he might not have a clue on what is going on, hehe.
